- Making a Purchase
- To make a purchase simply browse our catalog of digital images to find what you need for your project. Choose from clip art, digital collage sheets and printable home decor. Click the "add to cart" button for each item you want to purchase. You can preview items in your cart in the sidebar to the right of product pages. You will also find a link to your cart at the very top of the website. The checkout process is fairly painless, just add your details to register, and proceed to make a payment via PayPal.
- Payments
- We accept payments through PayPal checkout. If you do not have an account with them, follow the simple instructions at PayPal.com to sign up and make a payment via bank account or Credit Card. Instant payment is required at checkout in order to receive instant file download links after purchase. PayPal eChecks can take up to 2 weeks to clear. Orders will not be sent until payment is verified.
- Returns & Refunds
- All our products are digital downloads. We currently do not sell any physical products. Due to the nature of digital proucts we can not offer refunds on purchases after download links have been activated (as there is no way to "return" them). We do however pride ourselves on 100% satisfaction and should you have any concerns over a purchase, we will work with you to make sure it is resolved.
- Shipping
- As all our products are digital image downloads, which are made available for you to download to your computer, there are NO SHIPPING CHARGES! YAY!
- Downloading
- After verification of payment, there are two ways to access your downloads. You will recieve an email which contains the download links. You can also access your download links by clicking on "My Account" at the very top of planfstudios.com, and then from there click the "My Downloadable Products" link form the menu on the left. Simply right click on the link and choose "save target as" or "save link as" to save the files to your computer.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information at any time. Juct click on the "My Account" link at the top of planfstudios.com. You will see a menu to the left side of the screen, from there you can choose to update your account information, add or change addresses, view previous orders, manage your newsletter subscriptions and link to your downloadable products.
- General Terms
- The licensing for our products varies for each product purchased, see Terms & Licensing below for details. Generally though, we invite you to have as much fun as possible with your purchases, for unlimited personal use. We do however ask you to not redistribute or resell the collage sheets, clipart and art images "as is", or reorganize and reuse unaltered images into your own collage sheets and clipart collections. Also please do not offer to share, giveaway or exchange your purchases. All copyrights are retained by Plan F Studios

- What is a digital collage sheet?
- Digital collage sheets are collections of images, arranged neatly as one printable sheet, which can be downloaded and then printed out over and over again. They are used by artists and crafters to create tangible items for personal use or to sell as part of a small craft business.
- What is digital clip art?
- Our digital clip art images are high resolution (300 dpi) png images with a transparent background. They can be printed out and used in paper crafts such as scrapbooking, or imported into image editing software such as Photoshop and manipulated to form part of your own digital artwork images and graphics.
- What is printable home decor?
- Our printable home decor allows you to purchase artwork, which you can then download and print at home on your home printer. You can then use your printed art prints as you wish, to decorate your home or workspace. You can frame them, or simply stick them to your pin board or fridge. All our printable home decor images are created at 300dpi for a perfect printout. You can print the images as many times as you like for personal use but they are not to be re-sold in any manner, as digital files or as prints.
- What kind of items can I make?
- You are limited only by your imagination, you can make digital and paper collages, decoupage, ACEO and art trading cards, greeting cards, invitations, scrapbooking embellishments, bookmarks and stickers to name just a few ideas. Our circles, squares and Scrabble tile sized collage sheets are ideal for making glass and wooden tile pendants and jewelry, as well as pin badges, pebble magnets, bottle cap crafts, hair bows... the list goes on, endless crafty fun :)
- Do you have any tips for printing my images?
- Local printer:
You can take your digital files on CD or USB drive to your local print shop (Staples, Kinkos, UPS, Office Depot etc.). Most places will be able to advise you on which paper or card stock will yield the best results with their printing equipment. Usually something bright white and around 30lb or slightly above will work well.
Print at home:
If printing at home take care to select the right paper for your printer. For example, Epson Premium Presentation Paper Matte, a 44lb brilliant white matte finish paper, gives beautiful results in our Epson printer. Check the website of your printer manufacturer, for recommendations of what paper to use in your printer. Once you have chosen your paper, make sure to select that particular paper in your printer's preferences when printing, consult your printer's manual if you are unsure how to do this. All our collage sheets are Letter sized (8.5" x 11") Please ensure that you do not select any page scaling, i.e do not select "fit to page" or "scale to fit" (as this may result in your 1 inch squares, circles etc. printing smaller than desired).

- What are the terms of use for Plan F Studios artwork?
- We want you to have as much fun as possible with our digital artwork, for unlimited personal use or to make tangible crafty items to sell in a small commercial capacity. The limits reach only as far as your imagination can take them.
- Digital Collage Sheet Licensing
- Covers 1 inch squares, 1 inch circles and Scrabble tile sized collage sheets. With the purchase of one of our Digital Collage Sheets, you are able to use it for unlimited personal use and small commercial use, but not mass production (max 100 prints). We also ask that you to not redistribute or resell the collage sheets "as is", or reorganize and reuse unaltered images into your own collage sheets or clip art collections. Also please do not offer to share, giveaway or exchange your purchases.
- Clip Art Licensing
- With our clip art collections and clip art images we offer a 2 tier licensing system, a personal license and a limited commercial license. You can select the necessary license when adding a clip art item to your shopping cart. For commercial use purchases, please consult the do's and don't below.
PERSONAL USE LICENSE TERMS OF USE
Artwork purchased with a PERSONAL USE LICENSE is intended for your unlimited personal use, but CAN NOT be used to create items which you intend to sell or profit from.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE TERMS OF USE
GENERAL- Commercial use license grants you permission to use the artwork for commercial projects.
- This license does not transfer ownership of copyright. Copyright and intellectual property rights of all artwork are retained by Plan F Studios
- This license is non-transferable and can not be given away or sold to someone else.
- This license applies only to the artwork it was purchased with.
- Use to create tangible items to sell such as jewelry, pendants, pin badges, magnets etc.
- Use in digital format in your designs for web designs, blog designs, web banners, avatars, web advertisements and digital scrapbooking.
- Use to create printed items to sell such as printed stationery, greeting cards, invitations, stickers, business cards etc. Artwork must be used as elements within these designs, not just made available for sale "as is".
- Modify / edit elements to suit your needs with image editing software such as photoshop.
- You can not distribute, share or give away these elements.
- You can not make these elements available in a digital format where they can be easily copied, downloaded or stolen.
- You can not resell these elements as a stand alone product. Or as part of a clip art set, digital collage sheet or CD collection.
- You can not upload these elements to print on demand services such as Cafepress, Imagekind, Zazzle, Spreadshirt, Red Bubble etc.
- You can not use these elements as part of a trademark or registered logo.
- You must not pass this artwork off as your own work.
